Made from Lead free PVC-U profile, our VS windows are available in two ranges, Elegance and Universal.

Elegance Range

Elegance windows meet the stringent Building Regulations fire escape window requirements (Part 'B' England and Wales and Part 'E' Scotland and Ireland).

It can be difficult to achieve a suitable opening with sash windows due to the nature of their operation. Our side hinged system allows windows as small as 600mm square to comply with current UK and Ireland building regulations.

Universal Range

Suitable for almost all property types. The unique blend of modern materials and advance technology are a winning combination.

Choice

The universal range comes in two cill options, two sash options and an optional deep bottom rail. A choice of hardware, optional sash horns, tilt or 'easy clean' facility, trickle vents, bay assemblies, a wide range of window colours and a choice of glazing options allow you to tailor the performance and appearance of sash windows to suit most applications.

Performance

Modern materials and new technology allow our sash windows to tilt as well as slide for ease of cleaning and extra ventilation. The spiral sprung balances are manufactured to strict tolerances and will provide smooth and easy operation for many years. Modern brush seals keep out the weather and security is achieved with locking cam catchers. The excellent insulation properties of the multi chambered PVC-U profiles are enhanced by thermally efficient double glazed units fitted as standard, this makes the windows extremely efficient.

Building Regulations

Universal sash windows can give fire egress compliant openings on windows as narrow as 600mm wide or 1200mm tall.

Low maintenance

PVC-U sash windows can be cleaned simply with warm soapy water so no more painting or waxing timber windows. With our optional tilt facility you can even clean the outside of your windows from the safety of your home.
